How to create a public profile on Snapchat?

Public profile on Snapchat can increase our popularity and make it easier to share content. All photos and videos from stories, memories and Snapchat spotlight become available for everyone and have a chance to engage a wider audience.

Even though the public profile feature on Snapchat was introduced a few years ago, many people have trouble finding it. See how to use it in 2023:

  1. Open the Snapchat app.
  2. Click on your Bitmoji in the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Featured and Snap Map section.
  4. Click the gray Options button on the right side of the screen.
  5. Select Create Public Profile.

Once your public profile is created, you will be able to add collections of Snaps from Featured, Snap Maps or Camera Rolls to it that will be tagged with your name. This will allow users to get to know you better and start subscribing to your account.
